Janet and Steve Wright
Janet and Steve Wright are the founding members of Mayday Foundation USA. Both are retired airline pilots. Janet was a Boeing 767 Captain along with being a check airman and APD for a major US airline. Steve was an Airbus Captain and Line Check Airman. They were both also owners of a flight school in Texas. During that period, the flight school experienced a fatal aircraft accident. They were contacted by representatives from the original Mayday Foundation in Germany known as Stiftung Mayday who offered their help.
As a result of this encounter, the Wright's offered their assistance in helping to develop and administer the Mayday Foundation in the United States.

Tony Faul

Tony Faul is a retired Navy and international commercial airline pilot with over 19,000 hours of flight time and 40+ years of aviation experience. The last 15 of those 40 years was spent in Peer Support for Trauma and Critical Incident Stress Management. The last 8 years of his work was in peer support at the national level for a major airline pilots union. As Tony says: “My passion is to let pilots who are suffering from emotional trauma know they are not alone” Tony has an Airline transport Rating with experience in the DC-8, DC-10, Boeing 767 and Airbus A330. Tony brings a wealth of experience to the dedicated professionals at Mayday USA. |
